By creating an account, you consent to share your profile information with course Teachers. In order to carry out an interactive course, you hereby consent to be in the virtual Classroom in which the Teacher and other Students will be able to see and hear you, should you activate your device’s camera and microphone. The Company reserves the right to store recordings of classes to be used for replay should a Student or Parent request a recording. As a part of these recordings, the viewer will be able to see the recordings of Students who were in the Classroom for the duration of the class. Students and Parents hereby provide their consent to the Company to photograph, film, videotape, record, identify or otherwise use, reproduce, Student’s image, name, likeness, voice, appearance, and characteristics to use, re-use and duplicate the results thereof including, without limitation, all photographs, film, video, and/or audio recordings incorporating Student’s appearance, in all materials for Company to include in replay videos sent to the Student or Parent in the class who requests it.
The Company licenses its software form a third-party provider, Talk Cloud. Accordingly, recordings of user contributions and user information will be stored on Talk Cloud’s server. However, the Company retains all personal information on its secure server. Your data will be stored for ten (10) years.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. Credit Package: You can cancel your credit package for any reason at any time and receive the unstarted part of your package cost back. Bank processing fees(around 3% of each purchase) will be deducted from your refund. Giveaway credits (referral bonus credits, sharing bonus credits, etc)cannot be refunded.
Unlimited Pass/Monthly Pass: Purchases are non-refundable.
